Wealth Management
We take an active, hands-on approach to managing your investments—ensuring your portfolio remains aligned with your financial goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and liquidity needs. Our investment strategies are designed to be dynamic, not static—adapting as your life evolves and market conditions change.
We meet regularly with our clients to review portfolio performance and make thoughtful adjustments, so your investment strategy continues to reflect your needs, priorities, and long-term vision.
How We Build Portfolios
We use a wide range of investment vehicles and tools to design portfolios that are personalized, tax-efficient, and aligned with your financial goals. Our recommendations are always rooted in your broader financial plan—not market fads.
Instruments we use may include:
ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds)
Low-cost, diversified exposure across asset classes and sectors.
ETFs trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, fluctuate in market value, and may trade at prices above or below the ETF's net asset value (NAV). Upon redemption, the value of fund shares may be worth more or less than their original cost. ETFs carry additional risks such as not being diversified, possible trading halts, and index tracking errors.
Individual Securities
Where appropriate, we may incorporate individual stocks or bonds for specific exposure or income needs.
Stock investing includes risks, including fluctuating prices and loss of principal.
Bonds are subject to market and interest rate risk if sold prior to maturity. Bond values will decline as interest rates rise and bonds are subject to availability and change in price.
Tax-Efficient Investing
We focus on after-tax outcomes, not just gross returns. Tax efficiency plays a key role in preserving and growing your wealth over time. Depending on your situation, we may incorporate:
Municipal bonds
Municipal bonds for tax-free income (where suitable)
Municipal bonds are subject to availability and change in price. They are subject to market and interest rate risk if sold prior to maturity. Bond values will decline as interest rates rise. Interest income may be subject to the alternative minimum tax. Municipal bonds are federally tax-free but other state and local taxes may apply. If sold prior to maturity, capital gains tax could apply.
Roth conversion strategies
Roth conversion strategies as part of long-term planning
Traditional IRA account owners have considerations to make before performing a Roth IRA conversion. These primarily include income tax consequences on the converted amount in the year of conversion, withdrawal limitations from a Roth IRA, and income limitations for future contributions to a Roth IRA. In addition, if you are required to take a required minimum distribution (RMD) in the year you convert, you must do so before converting to a Roth IRA.
Ongoing Management & Review Process
We don’t set and forget. We regularly review your portfolio and make strategic adjustments based on:
These check-ins ensure your investment strategy stays aligned with your needs—not just your original assumptions.
